Why apologize for something that is not your fault?
You and hundreds of others using this network can't wait for the day when Fodor's makes good on their promise to get a system that works. I wonder if Fodor's knows what a gold mine they have here -- all these interested, informed, active people panting in anticipation of a better set-up. Go, Fodor's, Go!

I had the same experience. I just pretended I wasn't embarrassed.....so yes I would welcome a solution.

Hooray for you, Nancy! Just keep on plugging away and don't be embarrassed...ever. Some of us old timers owe it to those just getting their feet wet to share our experiences, either good or bad. I most enjoy being taken to task for my curmugeonly attitudes toward international sacred cows. What a great bunch of correspondents we have in our electronic "family" here and abroad. Out here at the ranch, we enjoy hearing from folks from all over. And with a little help from Fodor's, we can share our thoughts every day.

I finally contacted the person directly rather than wait for Fodor's. Somehow I posted 4 messages to one request and 6 to another but I'll be darned if I know how I did it!! Please, Fodor's, get your act together!!
