Fodorites! I need your help, please.

I will be going to Spain on business trip soon and plan to escape to Santiago soon for four days. Please help me max my time and make the best of it in Santiago and also taking a day or overnight trip to a nearby city/town by bus or train, since I will not be driving.

Your advise will be greatly appreciated.
