Take the train (Leonardo Express) from the airport to Rome Termini (Rome's main train station). From the hotel's website (translated from Italian):

http://www.hotelbuenosaires.it/image...s_aires_it.pdf

"From Piazzale deiCinquecento, outside the station, take bus 86 or 92 and get off at Via Tagliamento / ViaClitunno. At 9 ViaClitunno is the Hotel Buenos Aires."

I'd also read the Trip Advisor reviews which may mention tips on getting to the hotel.

Bus will be the cheapest. Look at these options: http://www.tripadvisor.com/Travel-g1....From.Fco.html
Most buses, including Terravision, (eventually) go to Termini. Piazzale dei Cinquecento is in front of the Termini.

How many people are on this trip? We rented a limo to pick us up, as there were 6 of us and it was more cost effective. If it's just one or two, then the train or bus would be better.

On 1.5.2013 we used the leonardo express train to get from the airport to the city. Then we caught a cab to our hotel as we decided it was too awkward to get the luggage onto the bus. It proved to be an excellent option as our hotel was too far to walk from termini.
Other posters and "Ron in Rome" website say the buses from the airport encounter a lot of traffic.

Your hotel is very far out of the center. I would change to something better located.

One of the cheapest options would be the local train FR1 (8€) from the airport (not the Leonardo) to Rome Ostiense station (listed as Piramide on the tram map). At Ostiense switch to tram #3 (1.50€) to Buenos Aires stop. Your hotel would be a couple of blocks walk from there.

It's often cheaper (and less hassle) just to take a taxi from the airport depending on how many are traveling. A taxi from the airport to your hotel inside the ring road would be 48€ for four people including luggage.
