Rachmaninoff's Villa Senar on Lake Lucerne, Switz.

Does anyone know the exact location of 'Senar', the Villa Rachmaninoff spent his summers and composed in the 1930's? We're going to Switz. in 2006 and would love to see it!! It is somewhere on the shores of Lake Lucerne. The Swiss tourist office could offer no help. Thank you!
