Question about Alsace wineries
My wife and I will be in Alsace from May 14-May 17 and we'd like to visit some wineries. It seems that many of these tours are an hour or two long with personal attention, often from the owners. Due to our limited time in France we probably will only be purchasing a bottle, maybe two at most. I don't really want to take up a lot of their time to purchase a bottle. Are there any wineries where I can take a quick tour and then perhaps buy a glass of wine in a tasting room after the tour and then maybe a bottle of wine to go? Any suggestions would be appreciated. The smaller wineries are appealing to me, but I'm guessing those are the ones with more personal attention.

I guess there are three places you can visit
1) The fields, most are open and easy to walk through
2) the winery proper, not normally large in Alsace but a Coop is likely to have a bigger place than smaller families
3) Shop and tasting
Just about every large wine town will have a shop open and offer tastings, often for free or just a few Euros. You don't get the best wine but do get a flavour. Buying one or two, everyone is happy.
Equally you will find that many restaurants have flights for tasting (say 3 small glasses) to taste with a meal.
So many to suggest but a very well organised basic visit is these guys https://www.cave-turckheim.com/gb/cvt/19-cellar-alsace or these guys https://www.wolfberger.com/en/boutiq...lar-eguisheim/
