We will be in the Provence region for 4 nts next April & using Arles as our home base. At this point we are uncertain if we will rent a car or use the trains to get around. We are looking for a cooking class in that area. We are not gourmet cooks, but enjoy good food. We thought it might be a fun way to sample the local cuisine. Does anyone have any recommendations?
