Paris Navigo easy pass

Bonjour! My daughter (10 years) and I will be in Paris in April - it looks like most of our transport will be in Zones 4 and 5 so I'm not sure if we can use an Easy Pass? We arrive at Gare de Lyon on Saturday evening and are planning on walking to our hotel so no transport. The next day we will go to Versailles, and possibly stop by Montmartre on the way back. Then Monday we may take the metro once or twice within Paris to sightsee but in the afternoon we need to go out to CDG to drop her off with her class as she is joining a class trip! That means a return trip Monday from CDG for me, and then back to CDG again Tues morning for my own flight out (we are staying near Cardinal Lemoine). With the Navigo pay-as-you-go can you just add whatever money you need and then go anywhere, even out of central Paris, or do I need a different pass for that? We definitely don't have a common sightseeing pattern so I'm having a hard time finding accurate information but I love the idea of just having two cards that I can reload and use for whatever as long as I have enough funds on it! Thank you!
