Other than flipping a coin ...
I have narrowed down my next vacation destination to either Spain or Poland in the middle of October for two weeks. I haven't set an itinerary yet, but would plan to go to the major cities, museums, castles, and concentration camps if I were to go to Poland.

So, here's your chance to vote and help me decide which destination I will pick. Other than telling me which country, please also tell me why you would pick one over the other. Any other information is also appreciated.

I'd like to keep the costs of hotels, tours, food, entrance fees, and train and bus travel in the range of $1500. I'm not concerned about the cost of the airfare from the US to either country, because I still have two airline vouchers to use after being bumped off my last flight in March.

By the way, I'll be traveling alone, and in the spring, I'll use the other airline voucher for the other country. Thanks.

I would go to Poland - just because it is totally different from Spain!! I love Eastern Europe and would chose it everytime over Western Europe. The peoplke are great and the food is so cheap...great Architecture also. I would recommend getting a car and driving around as there is so much to see.

The Concerntration Camps are a must to visit - very moving
