Just about everything to see is around St. Charles bridge. For more info, including maps, you can contact the government's office of tourism. They're good for that.

Warning: don't pick up a cab in the street. Drivers are notorious for charging 3-10x more than what is reasonable. It's best to have the hotel car drop you off and pick you up. You'll be amazed how cheep their fares are not to mention the nicer cars.

Dear Tom,
I was ther ea couple years ago and besides the Charles Bridge area, I would recommend the Jewish Cemetary in the Jewish quarter, it is amazing. I am Catholic, but I found it very moving and incredibly old. There are 12,000 people buried there!. The Old Town Square, w/ the astrological clock is a must see, the Prague Castle, where you can often hear chamber music. In fact there are musical experiences everywhere . And walk around the old town and check out Wenceslas square. Have a great time!

Charlene

Tom

Instead of asking your question over and over, you can "top" your original request. This is how to do it: See the "Post a Reply Button" below this message? Click on it and a blank message form will appear. Instead of typing a message, type in "topping" or "to the top," or something creative if you want. Then click on "Post my Reply." This will send your original message up to the number 1 position, where you may get additonal replies.

...If you teach a person to fish...
