Google knows all about conversion factors. Just type the problem in the box and hit "Search."

And put &quot;Imperial&quot; before the gallon if you want l converted to &quot;real&quot; gallons.

I guess my slide rule is going on the junk pile. Oh well...

I searched for a while to try and get what liters per km was = to for miles per gallon. I picked up an answer in a UK school test website that said you multiply the liter per km by 2.39 to get mpg.

My brain hasn't built the algebraic conversion yet, so I'm accepting this.
