Assuming you mean by public transportation, SITA bus line 368 will work.

No I haven't. I hope you research this day-trip carefully to verify that the house is open to visitors, when it's open and what else you're going to do in this very tiny hamlet (pop. 50) until your bus back to Florence departs.
