Help w/ post abbreviations

I'm a fairly new to this forum (which\, by the way, is addicting!!)Please help with the following: What do IMHO, LOL, Troll, and "to the top" mean? Thanks!

IIRC, IMHO means: in my humble opinion. LOL means laughing on line. A troll is someone who post a (non-serious) question to try to get people irritated. To the top means to the top: in this forum the latest messages / replies appear at the top of the list. <BR>IIRC means if I remember correctly)

While "on line" also works, I think the usual connotation (in American English) of LOL is "laughing out loud". <BR> <BR>It is the milder of two other forms: ROFL - "rolling on (the) floor laughing" and ROFLMAO - - "... my a** off".

I always thought LOL was Lots of Laughter but as long as we agree the gist of it it doesnt make much difference... <BR> <BR <BR> <BR>Kavey
