Message: Hi,

I've been reading your great posts but I haven't found an answer to the following question. My wife and I (and the baby) are flying into CDG and we want to get to Beauvais to catch a flight on WizzAir, a Polish airlines, to Budapest. We have over 7 hours between landing and takeoff, so I'm confident of the amount of time, but can we use the RyanAir shuttle from Porte Maillot? If not, is there another bus or train we can get from Paris to Beauvais? Or does Orly have flights to Budapest? Thanks in advance.

In my opinion, you should take the Beauvais shuttle. Driving straight from Paris to Beauvais (we did this 4 days in a row, due to a convention and we were staying in beauvais) took us an hour and a half with no traffic.

There are no trains or buses to Beauvais.

Take the metro to Porte Maillot and then catch the shuttle.....

There certainly are trains to Beauvais, lots of them, about hourly, leaving from the Gare du Nord, the same station as the train from CDG takes you to. (1 hr Gare du Nord-Beauvais but them you have to get to the Beauvais airport a few miles out of town. Not sure this is the best way as the Porte Maillot shuttle takes you right to the airport, just wanted to rectify mis-information about no trains to Beauvais; perhaps the post meant no trains to the Beauvais airport, which there are not.

Thank You! I Just want to be sure the shuttle is for any ticketed passengers on any airlines. We will try the shuttle. Thanks again!

You should check the RyanAir website for info about the shuttle. I have taken it but it seemed to me that it was only for their passengers.
