For current praise of St Sulpice, see
the current thread down below called
Paris Hotels.
Both hotels you mention have been praised on this forum; you can do a search on either for past comments.
Also look them up at www.paris.org

We are going to stay at the Relais Bosquet in April so I can't help you now, but they have been very forthright about communicating with me regarding size of rooms etc. It appears to be a nice place and they do have some extra large rooms (by French standards) so we are going to give them a try in the spring. The neighborhood is great, we have family there as well and it is a good place to stay.
The Relais Bosquet is the best three star hotel I have ever stayed at in Paris.

They have two kind of rooms--large and very large (for the left bank). My suggestion is for a very few dollars more go for the very large
Bathrooms are big and the WC is just that--a separate closet like room with a john
The Relais Bosquet--which was reccommended to me by the owner of the nearby Bordannaise is a winner

AH
