Hadrians Wall
For those of you travelling to Northumberland this year, you are going to have a superb holiday. Being a native I can recommend Corbridge, Hexham and Haltwhistle -the Tourist Information Office should have lists of all the B&B's in the area to suit all pockets. Dont just stay on the wall - Holy Island is beautiful and the beachs up the east coast are some of the best in the country. Try Berwick on the borders - lots of things to do in the area for adults and children. If you have any other questions I'll gladly answer.

I totally agree, and would also like to recommend driving to Craster, having a walk along the coast around the castle and back and then into the Jolly Fisherman pub for tomato and basil soup and crab sandwiches washed down with a pint of beer.
