Can you be a little more specific? Crete is a big island. We have been about fourteen times so know it well but to write everything about it here would give me RSI!

We will be leaving for Athens in less than two weeks. Could you tell me some interesting places to visit, eat and shop that I will feel immersed in the Greek way of life? I will be staying at the Grande Bretagne Hotel in Athens. Thanks, Dia
