Glacier Express Derails :(
MSNBC is reporting that the Glacier Express derailed today, killing one passenger, and injuring dozens more. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/38380437...ope/?GT1=43001

Very tragic.

wow the world's slowest express train derails and still one person in the wrong place at the wrong time - this is so so saddening - thanks for posting.

Who would thought, a Swiss train! And the road will probably be closed for a while in the middle of the tourist season!

I was on that train, such a memorable trip!

Its scary... when I think how I and the other passengers were running back and forth from side to side to get the best pictures at times. Certainly not the safest thing to do. But I never thought twice about it, given the Swiss rails reputation.
