We recently had a Washington DC Fodor's get together which was a great success. Our group has lots of plans primarily for Italy and France over the next few months. My husband and I are leaving shortly for Italy. We will be spending time with his family in Assisi over Easter. I will be in Venice from April 1st -5th, if anyone is interested in meeting. Take the trains. They are plentiful, easy to book, comfortable and cheaper than flying.
