Fresco Tours?

I've never taken a Fresco Tour or the Camino de Santiago walking tour; however, I can tell you that much of the walk is along the highway upon which we drove.
When I take a walking tour, I like it to be along a path that is no where near a road of highway. But, maybe that's just me.
