Dub to Liverpool
Tvl. w/meds.
I will be in Dublin in Sept. and am considering a side trip to Liverpool. Questions./
What's the best way to get there?
Pricing?
Do Meds have to be in original containers?
I can spend 2 days doing this.
Tnx. for helping.

The ONLY way is by plane. This statement of the spectacularly self-evident won't stop the train obsessives from telling you to waste days being tossed up and down on the Irish Sea, then getting bored out of your mind in an endless (and endlessly uncomfortable) trek across Wales by train.
But it should. Ryanair is usually the only operator: prices change constantly.

What for? They work just as well whatever they're in.
There's a ridiculous Web myth some Customs officials insist on this. It's a complete invention (try to find a single document piece of evidence) and there's no Customs inspection between Liverpool and Dublin anyway.

Ryanair booked about 6 weeks in front you can fly Dublin Liverpool with only 10kg hand baggage (how much do you need for 1 or 2 days) at a cost of under €40 4 flights a day each way to chose from.. Flight time 30 minutes in the air.. Helps if med's are as dispensed not so much Dublin, Liverpool security (let anyone in) on occasion give scousers a bad name going out.
I do rail and sail to Southport just above Liverpool quite often, doesn't bother me doing a 10 hour journey but I'm not on Holiday pressed for time.. and unlike Dublin flights from/to Shannon don't always fit my dates.

Don't believe the hype.. Our Michael starts rumours like that for himself.. no such thing as bad publicity and all.. Just stick to the terms and conditions and you will be fine.. we use them often, they are cheap, reliable and generally on time.. just like queueing up and catching a flying bus..

It is not stupid to ask whether prescription drugs must be in their original containers.
This is required to enter Bermuda, Singapore, Australia, etc.
Japan restricts many OTC and prescription medications even with prescription data and requires an import license for syringes and, God help us, C-PAP machines.
