PalenQ -Ah, memories… In addition to many of those listed above:
1. CERTOSIA DI PAVIA – Cistercian monastery not far from Milan

2. The old CATHEDRAL in SYRACUSA, SICILY built around the remains of an ancient Greek temple

3. The PARIAMENT BUILDING in Budapest, as seen on an evening cruise on the Danube

4. The near perfect ruins of a castle off the SKY ROAD in Cliften, Connemara, Ireland

5. The ramparts of AIGUES MORTES, in the Camargue, southern coast of Provence from which several Crusades departed

6. The mediaeval town of GRUYERES and the Chateau-de-Chillon, MONTREUX, Switzerland on a beautiful summer’s day

7. The faces of the pilgrims approaching the cathedral at SANTIAGO DE COMPESTELA, Spain

8. Anywhere on the Italian Lakes, particularly the northern rim of LAKE GARDA

9. Lunch in LINDAU on the shores of the Bodensee (Lake Constance) in Southern Germany looking across the water to Switzerland

10. Fabulous views of Villefranche-sur-Mer on the COTE D’AZUR

I'd add
Tower Bridge in London
Big Ben
Ponte Vecchio as a maybe - I don't know if it would qualify in my top 10 but it would go close
Would David qualify as a structure? - he's certainly very iconic
