If it helps, I used them for Turkey last Augat. Perfect srvice and good prices. Note that they are wholesellers, not a car rental agency. In my case the actual company that I picked up the car from was Dakar.

There are two car rental companies with very similar names...
www.economycarrental.com
and
www.economycarrentals.com
I have used the second one in Croatia and Bosnia and was very happy with the service and the great value price. I would definitely use them again.
