Dordogne- Chateau le Treyne-Dress for dinner?

I agree with Andrea. I have not eaten at Chateau le Treyne, but have eaten at other very nice establishments in the Dordogne region and my husband generally wore a jacket(Navy), slacks (khakis), tie, although there were times he wore the jacket with a polo shirt instead of dress shirt and tie, particularly if we were dining outdoors. To save space, wear the jacket on the plane.

<BR>I have stayed at a lot of relais chateaux like and inclding Treyne and quite often the only <BR>diners wearing jackets were the other Americans <BR>The handful of French also dressed well but most of the guests (Northern Eurpeans) dressed in typical eurotrash attire===mostly planet hollywood attire <BR>I would bring the blazer--dress for yourself and not the perception of how you should dress <BR> <BR>ps I oo dislike the Treyne--especially the attitude <BR> <BR>AH
