Culinary Adventure

I'm looking for a trip to either India or Thailand offering interesting cooking classes this year.

The Boathouse at Kata Beach south of Patong on Phuket with Chef Timmannoon. Now off you go and take it to the Asian Forum. Also make sure you visit Ba Rim Pa on a headland near Patong.

I took the morning class at The Blue Elephant Restaurant in Bangkok -- it included a market tour as well as lunch. It was hands on. A super day indeed!
