Cost of Capri Chairlift
My family and I really want to go on the chairlift in Capri. We have been told that it is something you cannot miss, although we are finding it hard to get information. We were wandering how much it would cost for a family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids aged 15 and 13) to go on the chairlift.

The last I heard the cost is €9 per person round trip. The chair lift from Anacapri to the top of Monte Solaro is a wonderful and relaxing experience but be advised that each chair is a single-seater...which only adds to the tranquility. The views from Monte Solaro are spectacular so plan on spending some time there. There is a cafe that has an unlimited supply of Limoncello to make the stay that much more enjoyable.
More expensive is getting from Marina Grande up to Anacapri. You can take the funicular from the Marina to Capri Town then a bus to Anacapri or you can try to catch a bus directly to Anacapri, which normally requires waiting in a long line. With four people it may be easier just to take a taxi directly to Anacapri.
