Catherine is duty free I think.

It's still there. It's still wonderful. The beauty products and perfumes are well-priced plus they're so helpful with detaxe, too.
Also for those on the board who haven't been there, they have a great collection of handbags at good prices, too. I'm still kicking myself for not buying a bag I saw there last February. Oh, well, I'll just have to go back this February.
