Hi PLMN.
Have you considered putting all of your posts into one Soap Opera and making some money out of this trip?
If Mom has a camera, she is in charge of it. Do *not* encourage her to make you the camera operator.
An adapter is a plug that allows you to insert your two flat-prong US cord into a two round-prong Italian outlet.
One adapter will work for all devices.
Just to make your life more difficult

You need a converter if your devices only work on 110 V.

You guys, this thread had it's last reply in June of 2003 until today when I found it.
I used this thread to post my question about electric adapters/converters because it already contains info on the Elph digital.
