Is this the one you're looking for:
http://www.orariautobus.it/guide
Click on Orari Autobus in the left column; the regions of Italy are displayed. Click on a region and the bus companies that operate in that region are listed.

For Florence/Siena you need the Sita bus.

For Siena/Rome you need the Sena bus.

What about from Siena to Orvieto? We are not yet sure if we are renting a car or driving. I was hoping to maybe stop at Orvieto en route from Siena to Rome. The Sena bus does not list Orvieto as a destination.
Which bus offers service from Siena to Orvieto?

Orvieto is in Umbria so the buses aren't the same and no, the Sena bus will not stop there. It actually doesn't make that many stops (only in Bettole), but it's listed on their website.
I don't know of a bus from Orvieto to Siena. You would have two options from Orvieto. First would be train from Orvieto with a change in Chiusi (12.20€). Next would be to use a train/bus/bus combo. You can train for Orvieto to Chiusi (203€)where you can catch a bus from Chiusi to Montepulciano (LFI bus -T4? T2? - no Sunday service) where you can change buses to Siena (112 it goes via Pienza - on the Siena Mobilita schedules).
The problem you have with stopping in Orvieto is your luggage as there is no luggage storage in the train station. The Trenitalia website lists luggage storage and I noticed a sign about it last time I was through there, but didn't pay attention. Another Fodorite reported no storage, but was directed to a nearby hotel that agrees to do it for travelers. I think it was somewhere around 5€.
Here's a map of the bus transports for the area (Chiusi is in the lower right corner) with bus numbers.

This is the 180 page schedule. Takes a minute to load.
