British Tour Groups

I'm an American who would like to find a small group tour company to travel with in Europe (rather than going solo). Instead of going with an American one, I thought I'd see if there are any British tour groups out there and thought I'd post here to see if I get any response. Any ideas on where I can start to find one?

For British travel information have a look at http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homep...ilne6/tour.htm <BR> <BR>For small tour companies try AITO: Association of Independent Tour Operators at http://www.aito.co.uk/home/index.html

This isn't really a recommendation, since I haven't used this company, but I have their brouchure and it really looks pretty good. It is hf holidays. They do walking tours in Britain and also many in Europe. They also have a limited program of city stays for Paris, Budapest, Bruges, Berlin and Barcelona. There web site is www.classicwalking.co.uk

Not that it matters generally (but sometimes can make a difference), but what age group? <BR>

I am on the mailing list of a company called Lord Addison Travel, Ltd. that has some neat sounding itineraries, but I have not used them. Web site is www.lordaddison.com. Their home office is in the U.S.
