Bologna - any compiled threads?

I've searched a bunch of times, and haven't found the wealth of info about this area that I had hoped for.
I did find the section of Ira's report with restaurant reviews and also Michael's report, but I know there are many more. I can't seem to "search" as well as I used to.
Specifically I am interested in hotels, B&B's and hope to find one right down in the middle of it all. I've only found 3 budget posts and 1 had no answer!
Well, you know me - Budget Brahmama - so if you know where some threads are hiding, let me know.
(I have tried Bologna and Hotel, Bologna and Budget, Bologna and Food (!) - Where did the trip reports go?

Carol--

We spent 5 nights in Bologna last fall. Here's a link to my report:

Bologna doesn't seem to attract alot of fodorite visitors. I could only come up with a few threads from last year ...

> Drive Fast, Eat Slow: Our Whirlwind Tour of Italy <
http://www.fodors.com/forums/threads...p;tid=34511625

> Trip Report: Venice, Bologna, Ravenna and Lake Como <
http://www.fodors.com/forums/threads...p;tid=34522338

ALSO, I've found that a more effective search method can be had using Google rather than mediocre search function in this forum. When you pull up Google, make sure you click on 'advanced search' (it'll be to the right of the box) and then input 'www.fodors.com' in domain section (about 1/2 down page). That way your search will be done on Fodor's website only.

Wow,
Thanks Steve, Marija and Tess.
I feel like you all have done my work for me!
These will be great resources - I think I"ve only read the "Drive Fast, East Slow" - Great title!
And what a super idea, Tess, to use Google with Fodor's in the search.
I'm reading Marija's first! First I need to find a hotel so I can relax and enjoy the rest of the planning, especially the restaurant reviews. I gain weight just reading them.
