Beware when in Spain!

Flamenco flash mobs protested the financial conditions in Spain.

Be careful of those deadly hand movements.

Adu...the Sabadelli "incident" was absolutely beyond beautiful. The many little animated children taking part brought tears of joy...the little one climbing the lampost (in red) stole my heart. Gracias, old boy! You made my day.

Footnote: I was looking all over the crowd for the recent "Beware of Spain" poster with his/her back-pack, surrounded by a gang of unsavory pickpockets licking their chops....

Thank you so much for posting that link. It also brought tears to my eyes, and I'm SUCH an old grouch. What spirit.

Great video, serious business and typical Spanish. More "sevillian" protest: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cqvcke8Xe9I

ON FB there are also a lot of "protest" pictures.
Like these policemen signing a petition.

Oh, Adu! Thank You! Song of Joy, indeed.

I wondered about the memories & pictures that may have passed through the elderly lady's thoughts.

ribeira,

This was a funny one regarding Galicia and flamenco: 200 allegedly tablaos in Galicia, three times as much as in Andalucía, a cover to be able to stay open to 5.30 in the morning

This is great! Those Spanish gals have got it going on! I also got a kick out of the security guard trying half-heartedly to herd these folks out of the bank.
