12 days in Amsterdam...yoga/pilates
Need recommendations on day trips from Amsterdam, the best rail/bus passes to purchase to save money, and cheap eats suggestions in the Haag. Also, any places that are reasonable to take yoga and or pilates. Thank you

Daytrips:
Haarlem, Den Haag, Delft, Rotterdam
In Den Haag, there's a fried fish kiosk right next to Binenhof (East side of the lake). 3 euros for a small basket of fried herring (about 7-8 pieces). Lots of locals eat there for lunch.

Sorry OP, I cannot help, but am VERY interested in the replies you get as well. I take yoga, and teach aerobics classes of all sorts. Last time I went to Europe, I was blown away by how professional, spectacular really, the group fitness classes were. State of the art~for me it was like going to a convention. I've been asking around my fitness websites, but have come up with very little. I did a google and was run around. So I'm anxiously awaiting responses. Thanks for posting. I leave in two days.

I had a fantastic class (very choreographed step~my favorite) at The Garden Club. When I came out of the shower, the curtain had been closed and it sounded like a pilates class was taking place. The day pass was 9 Euros, 1/3 of what I paid to attend a VitHalles in Paris.
