uniworld vs avalon
we have made a down payment on the Rhine Castle river cruise with Uniworld. All my friends who have done a river cruise have used Avalon. Can you compare the two for me if you have had experience on either or both

We've been with Uniworld and Avalon. Both were good but the Avalon ship was newer and consequently nicer. Food was good on both and tours were equally good.

What is included on Avalon? On Uniworld all gratuities, drinks are included

We did a Rhine River cruise 2 years ago on Uniworld and our ship was new. We have not used Avalon but have done 3 Uniworld cruises and we loved all three.

Have done 4 Uniworld Cruise . They are terrific in all aspects

Last Cruise I did was April 2014.... Tulips and Windmills.
