Has anyone used this website to book a cruise?? Are they good??

I guess Frommer's reccommend them...

I used them in March to book a Disney cruise for October. So far so good. They even let me know what stateroom I got and informed me of special programs for my daughter (diabetic). I was pleased.<BR><BR>I haven't taken the cruise yet, hopefully, there will be no problem. I felt more comfortable calling the 1-800 number than booking online.

Took a cruise last month that we booked with them; everything worked fine.<BR>

I thought about using them as well, but have not. I was unable to find the 800 number. Julie do you still have the 800 number or does anyone else?
