What are some of the best things to do in Culebra?
For the last 3 years, I've wanted to visit Culebra, and Vieques.
Mainly the pink beach on Culebra and the bioluminescence bay on Vieques.
What are some other fantastic things to do while on either island?
Is there a ferry that goes between them? Or do you need a private boat?
