My husband and I would like to travel to Santa Domingo from Punta Cana for the opening of Carnaval on February 1. We are not interested in a shuttle that stops at numerous hotels in the Punta Cana Region. Can anyone recommend a driver/guide who could take us to Santa Domingo for the parade and other sites?
