St. John's - Must Do suggestions

We are headed to St. John's for a week at the end of January. Any suggestions for must do activities or restaurants? We are active people, don't love touristy spots and crowds, and will have a car.
Thanks!

Please clarify if you are going to St. John’s (the capital of Antigua) or St. John (in the US Virgin Islands) as they are two very different places.

It's St. John (no "s") in the US VI's.

For restaurants try:
Extra Virgin Bistro
Dave & Jerry's Steakhouse
Ocean 362
Zozo's
Lime Out
The Beach Bar
Cruz Bay Landing

For activities try:
Snorkeling from the many beaches around the island
Take a daysail around the island
Hike & explore through the National Park
Night Kayak Tour
Discover the petroglyphs at Reef Bay Valley and hike to the Reef Bay Plantation ruins
Visit Annaberg Sugar Plantation ruins
