We will be staying at the Radisson on Cable Beach (all inclusive option) in February. Anybody got anything we should know about, must do, stay away from, etc.? We've been to other all inclusives in Carib in the past. How does this one rate? Thanks for any info anyone can give.

I have read lots of bad things about the Radisson.

I was at the Radisson Cable Beach in 1994 when it was not an all-inclusive resort. This hotel had many activities and things to do. I was however, not impressed by the the hotel staff, who all seemed to have chips on their shoulders and were anything but helpful. You will find the beach to be quite slanted and somewhat difficult for walking, but the ocean is great for swimming (ir does drop off quite quickly though). If you are into gambling, then you will enjoy the Casino at the Crystal Palace (under new management now) next door. There are serveral restaurants in the Crystal Palace and a lively Disco, depending on the time of year. Please contact me if you wuold like more information.
