hi, off the top of my head fiji is lush, tropical and exotic. cabo is dramatic, has great fishing, is dry and a major party destination.
the bahamas are a large group of islands all fairly dry and scrubby. a more or less british atmosphere - you can get afternoon tea in some of the nicer hotels. a few islands (nassau, grand bahama for example) are quite busy and built up. you'll find good diving, some snorkeling, great bonefishing and seasonal deep sea fishing, some golf. many of the "out islands" have next to nothing but a resort or 2 and some rental houses - offering extremely quiet/secluded vacations.
here's a typical view: http://bulgar.no-ip.info/downloads/s...%20Bahamas.jpg
perhaps if you said what you are looking for with this vacation (activities, budget) we can let you know if you 'll find it there or suggest alternate islands/resorts for you.

all 3 are completely different from each other.
Fiji is lush, covered in palmtrees, great snorkel/diving-with the nicest people you'll ever see. While I don't have to return (I've been to other islands I liked better) the snorkeling and diving is much better than Bahamas-and the scenery is better.
Cabos is deserty, mountainess, party place. I love the architecture-and i find the hotels to be top notch. I would return to Cabos.
Grand Bahama, while I had a nice time, is not my favorite in the Bahamas. It makes for a great 3 day quick getaway, but I would go somewhere else for a week. I love the Out Islands in Bahamas-the waters are bright turquoise, the buildings colorful. The hotels are more "rustic" except for a few in Harbour Island and Four Seasons Exumas, although it's quickly changing. The hotels in Grand Bahama are what you'd expect them to be, a typical sheraton, Westin type.
What type of vacation are you looking for?
