Calgary/Banff in June 2018

Calgary/Banff in June 2018
We are traveling with 4 of us (2 adults & 2 kids) arriving in Calgary on June 13 and leaving Calgary on June 17 at 7am. We need recommendations for Banff & Lake Louise. We are interested in easy hike as we are with kids aged 8 and 10 and hotsprings. Any other suggestions? Thank you.

Have you booked accommodation yet? That should be your first priority as availability is pretty tight for June - generally best to get plans settled by March at the latest to have a decent selection of options, particularly if you're on a budget.
For easy hikes, try Tunnel Mountain or if conditions are OK, something like Fairview Lookout or Lake Agnes in Lake Louise. Perhaps even go part way or all the way out to the Plain of Six Glaciers if the trail isn't snowy.
The only hot springs in the area are Banff Hot Springs. Best done later in the evening when it's cooler and it's not so crowded. There's just one fairly small pool, so it's more a sit & soak kind of place, not a place for swimming or games. For the kids, the pools at the Sally Borden Centre (Banff) or Elevation Place (Canmore) might well be a lot more interesting as they have slides, pool toys etc.

I have not booked accomodation yet. Any suggestions are welcomed. We will be landing in Calgary on June 13th and plan to drive to Banff that day. We then plan to leave Banff on 16th as we travel back on the 17th.

Use the search engine on the above website to find possibilities, then go the hotel or B&B website to see availability & book - third party websites are usually not helpful for the Rockies because of the high demand. Banff is small, so most hotels are easy access, and there's good public transport for those locations a bit of a walk from the main street.

I'd probably suggest basing yourself in Banff, and then staying at an airport hotel your last night since you have an early departure. Lake Louise is nice, but fewer things to do (especially this early and on rainy days) and may well have few rooms available at this point.
