Another idea is to go to Mapquest

http://www.mapquest.com/maps/

and enter each location. They should give you the rough estimate as well.

Assuming you're on a holiday and want to enjoy scenery, stop to take pictures, etc., rather than just trying to cover the territory....

Edmonton to Calgary: a morning or an afternoon, with lots of time on either end, if you stay on the main highway.

Calgary to Lake Louise: No problem having breakfast in Calgary, stoipping in Banff to look around, and arriving in Lake Louise in time for lunch.

Lake Louise to Jasper: It takes a day, arrifving in Jasper in time for dinner.

Jasper to Kamloops. A day.

Kamloops to Vancouver: Half a day-light day. Breakfast in Kamloops, late lunch in Vancouver if you don't do much sightseeing.

Of these legs, Edmonton to Calgary is pretty dull but everything else is scenic, with lots of reasons to stop and look around. To make Edmonton to Calgary intereting, try going west from the main highway, and then working your way south along the backroads through Drayton Valley and Rocky Mountain House. It's cowboy country in large part. If you do this, you'll use a whole day.
BAK
