Food court in Central Station, underneath the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth Hotel.

Cafe Vienna on Nun's Island.

Try Crescent St just off St. Catherines. We ate at two places that were kitty corner to each other - one I believe had Petite in its name. Both served great brunches!

Cora Déjeuners, several locations through out Montreal. One on Stanley between de Maisonneuve & Ste-Catherine.

EggSpectation on DeMaissoneuve a few blocks west of the Peel metro station has great cheap breakfasts. My favorite is Cabana a sucre - two crepe bretonnes with 2 eggs, your choice of meat, breakfast potatoes and baked beans. The breakfasts are huge and quite tasty, with good coffee and freshsqueezed OJ.
