Flattest route from Osoyoos BC > East. Highway 3 or South through the US?
Hello!
We are heading from the Osoyoos area East towards Southern Ontaio sometime in September. We are driving a small RV that seems to be having a harder and harder time driving up-hill. Driving through the mountains in a long process for us as we can only go very slowly up-hill. I am wondering if anyone ha driven through the mountains on both highway 3 and on the 90 through the northern states. We have passed through from Seattle through to Moses Lake, WA on the 90 and the drive wasn't too bad for the ol' Winnebago. Is highway 3 comparable, or is it better to go back down south via the 395 and finish the mountains on the 90 as Google maps would direct us to do. We will not be doing much sight seeing or tourist activities and are really just concerned with making through the mountains with this RV.
Thank you in advance for any insight you are able to provide!

Put the Trans Canada and I-90 in a bowl, stir well, put it in the back of your RV, drive for a ways, and you will end up with Hwy. 3.
In other words, Hwy. 3 doesn't have quite the mountainous terrain the trans Canada has, but its more mountainous than I-90 ... it's a blend of the two.
