When to get to airport - SK to JPN?
Any thoughts on how long before the flight to arrive at Icheon before flying to Japan?

Whenever the airline tells you too. Usually 3hours before schedule departure time

IME Incheon is a pretty efficient airport, though like all airports, it will get very busy at peak times. If checking in online with no bags to check at non-peak times, , you could probably safely go with two hours. Otherwise I would stick with 3 hours.
