Agree with janisj. And 18% of travelers using TAs is hardly a ringing endorsement.
I very rarely use online TAs, so am not disillusioned about them, I have no faith in my neighborhood flesh and blood TA knowing anything about the destinations that most interest me, and I am perfectly happy doing my own research.
