I rather like Image Limo, although it isn't always the cheapest option:

Another company I haven't used but I've heard good things about is Limousine Thailand:

I have looked into Limousine thailand as they do arrival meet and greet, transfers etc, good to hear you have heard good things about them. They feature in my current Luxe guide also. Will post a review if i use them.

The group that operates Limousine Thailand also operates the limo services for the Shangri-La, Millennium Hilton and Queen's Park hotels in Bangkok; the Four Seasons in Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai and Samui; The Chedi in Chiang Mai and Bumrungrad Hospital.
They're quite involved in the American Chamber, where I've heard the positive feedback. The highest praise seems to be that they're always on time for pick-ups in Bangkok.
