Calling SiobhanP Regarding Bedding Store in Shanghai

SiobhanP -- When you are in Shanghai next month, please be kind enough to get the name/address of the bedding store you visited in the French concession. My DS who lives in the French concession can't figure it out. Thanks!

Shanghainese it took a bit of hunting as I had a phone number and the concierge called but no answer(will check at home and post it for you ) but only have the receipt in Chinese. Its actiually not in the old part of french Quarter but on Huaihai Road. I am not 100% but I think this is it.

The Shanghai Bedding Shop.
No 806, Huaihai Zhong road.

I bought a light green jacquard set U.S. King for 57 euro...still a fab price for me and the quality is good. They also make feather duvetss to order. I am sorry I did not buy another set and was going to go back the next day but was too tired after work...I regret it now. Many are set out on the beds and others are in boxes with pictures. Its just different in style/porint than what I get here in Dublin and I think a bit more colourful. i like my bed

They pack it in a box set and its quite heavy...I walked all the way from Huaihai to Dongping Lu in the French Quarter and my hand was cut from the string on the bag. Worth it though! I am going to buy 2 more next time! Maybe pink with flowers. Could not make my mind up I was so tired and stressed by the time I got there.

Oh and I also got a surprise to see the Feng Xiang Matket closed on Nan Jjng road West. The area around the YuYuan is not the same I like a big market in one place. next time I will head to the fabric Market.
