Warning to all rail travellers in Europe and Asia, Stay Away From Rail Ninja!

They are a dishonest broker. Deal directly with rail companies and do not make the same mistake as my wife and I did. We lost $306
to them and we make this submission to the travel community to save you from doing the same.

Really a bad company and many of the claims on their website are provably false.

Beware the crooks out there.

Not sure if my original post went through, but just would like to warn other travelers to avoid Rail Ninja when making bookings. My wife and I just returned from Japan, where the neglect of this broker caused us loss of over 300 USD. They are terrible and while they claim personal customer service, this is false. You are directed to a WhatsApp account that is not attended. This dishonest broker operates all over the world, and we advise the community to deal only directly with the rail companies or trusted intermediary entities. We did not, and we were taken advantage and hope that others do not fall victim to the same scam business practices.
