My Bali Experience ... Trip Report for your help

Dear All

I want to share my Bali trip experience with all of you. I am very sure it will help a lot of people in planning their trip, especially if you are traveling there for the first time. Me and my wife have come up with a blog regarding the same. I have shared information about places to see, Visa fees, Commuting, Approximate costing, tour agent we hired, hotel we stayed, places to eat, etc. I know lot of people have questions regarding this, so I thought of coming up with all the compiled information in one blog. Check it out and do let me know if you need more help from us.

A great repot filled with useful info. Lovely pictures also.

Did you have a favorite area? Or would you recommend staying in Kuta and doing side trips from there?

@zoso ... sorry I don't have idea about that. I don't want to recommend something which I have not tried out. Try finding in Asiarooms.com

@chris45ny ... I would recommend staying at one place and cover the rest. Thats what I did. Also I had little time (just 3 days). You can easily do side trips as a full day tour. If you have more days, then only I would suggest you to stay at different places, like you can try villas in ubud. I have heard they are really great, but Ubud is far from the beach life.

I am being dragged to Bali this year kicking and screaming. My wife is happily assisting in my demise. Friends are planning and arraigning everything and I's sure my man will come through. Reading your report has lessened these fears I have had about traveling to Bali, thanks for doing this report. (tic)

Aloha!

OK, I'm curious, hawaiiantraveler. What worries you about Bali?

Nice blog, adon_aseem. Glad that Bali didn't disappoint.

We will wrap him in a cocoon to protect him....from what I am not sure. The friendly bailenese, the interesting food ( and not all fish)' the interesting sights,, the lovely crafts, or maybe the relaxing time at the pool. I am sure he will return home in one piece and realize what a great place Bali is.
