Ideas for solo (female) trip next month
Hello, I'm interested to know where would be recommended for a solo female trip geared more for relaxing (beach, spa, laid back touring, little walking, little hiking). I would be in between the back-packing type and full out luxury, if I could afford, I'd opt for high luxury Any recommendations for anything with a moderate budget for about 2-3weeks. I'm open interested in places like Bali and also to exploring other destinations Cambodia? Lao? or what about Nepal or Sri Lanka? Bali sounds relaxing, any tips? thanks!

When are you traveling?
Bali would meet your requirements. It is inexpensive and conducive to relaxation - beach, spa.
Cambodia would give you the opportunity to explore the temples of Angkor. Lots of nice places to stay in Siem Reap, many with pools (you need that in the heat) and massage is cheap here (as it is in Bali).
We loved Sri Lanka, but it is not a cheap destination. We also enjoyed Nepal, but i don't think it fits your requirements as well.
Thailand is also moderately priced for luxury.
You have lots of options in this part of the world. What is your budget per night for hotels?

I just realized that your title says next month - February? In that case, Cambodia and Thailand would both be good. Bali would be rainy, but I wouldn't let that stop me if that's the place you'd like to go.

You could visit Cambodia and Bali, but you've added significant flight time.
What seems confusing to you about Thailand? You can't visit all of Thailand, but you could visit Bangkok, a beach and Siem Reap, Cambodia in 2-3 weeks.

Nice tips many thanks so much! Yes Goa and Kerala are places I do want to visit! Thailand sounds overwhelming perhaps I've only seen about the party element and the capital seems like it would be intense. The other options all do sound very relaxing and more laid back, about the right dose of zen. I better start the research! Thanks everyone!
